Overseas Chinese Town (Community)

Please see the comments below. [We fixed a typo in the title that Dennis pointed out; it's now correct.] Thanks, Dennis!
We need to know:
- Did we get the "English" name right?
- What streets bound the community, and on what sides?
- How convenient is the location?
- How would you describe it? High-rises? Older-style buildings? Friendly? Families? Professionals?
- What amenities does it have: A central market, recreational facilities, parking, etc.
- How would you describe living there (if you do)? Are there many foreigners living there?
- What is the ownership: centrally-managed, or individually-owned units? Can you say anything about the rent?
- Add any other information you think might be worthwhile.
(See Fuhua Xincun for an example.)
Please use the comments form. If you REALLY want to help, send a picture with a short descriptive email to shenzhenbuzz [at] gmail [dot] com
Thanks! Include your name and we'll give you credit.

OCT
Yes, you have gotten the English name almost correct, 'Overseas Chinese Town', is what I have been told by Chinese friends from SZ.
When I visited SZ, OCT seemed very well located to visit all of the theme parks, and not too far from 'downtown shopping'.
As best I can remember it was a mix of the very new and some older, but nothing 'ancient'. It is a friendly place with lots of young professionals and families. Some older folks but not as many as other places. I saw a local market that was big by American standards, with lots of fruits, vegetables and fresh fish. There was lots of recreational facilities and restaurants. I did not see many foreigners. It seems a nice place to visit, especially if you want to visit the theme parks or ride the monorail, and taste many different kinds of foods, Thai, Polynesian, Korean, Japanese, etc.
