Shenzhen Daily Historical Site Series

By James Baquet

From December 2006 to May 2007, the venerable Shenzhen Daily published a series of articles on the city's historical sites, in cooperation with the Shenzhen Administration of the Preservation of Cultural and Historical Relics. These appeared on the Monday Travel page, with the exceptions of the Chinese New Year and May Holiday weeks.

(Note that some of these "historical sites" are actually archaeological sites, and there is little to see there.)

Here, then, are links to the articles, arranged by date. I have given number, date, title, a note, a link to the HTML version, and a link to the PDF version (requires Adobe reader).

LOTS of reading: Enjoy!
